I know a lot of people put a lot of different junk on toast; peanut butter, jam, butter, avocado. Even I put sliced strawberries with nothing else. Imagine?
Whilst browsing my fridge full of condiments I made a delicious discovery that parallels with that of the Pythagorean theorem, electricity, and the cake pop.

Cherry preserves and Parmesan cheese! Yes, absolutely! Sweet and salty, a bit tangy, paired with crunchy crispy warm toast; it is amazing!

I always buy whole wheat bread to get my whole grains in, but I'm sure this would be eye-rolling into the back of your head yummy scrumptious on sourdough, ohhh, mouthgasm. Just a moment.
Ok, I'm back. Whew, I'm craving toast now. How 'bout you?
I'd even be so daring as to slop on some all natural peanut butter first before slathering on the heavenly jams, jellies, and... Parmesan cheese!
